Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LuxaVé Beauty. By booking a service, using this website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

LuxaVé Beauty provides luxury makeup artistry services for bridal events, editorial photoshoots, special occasions, and personal makeup instruction. All services are offered by appointment and subject to availability.

2. Appointments & Booking

  • A signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required to secure all bookings.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due no later than one day before the event.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until both the contract and deposit are received.

  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in shortened service or cancellation at the artist’s discretion.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be charged the full remaining balance.

  • By booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Payments

  • Payments are accepted via cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment services.

  • All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice prior to booking.

  • Payment details and deadlines will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once, based on availability.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance.

  • No refunds are issued for completed services.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect makeup application.

  • LuxaVé Beauty follows strict hygiene protocols for all tools, brushes, and products.

  • Services may be refused if a client presents with a contagious illness or condition that poses a risk.

6. Photography & Media Use

  • Photos or videos may be taken during or after the appointment for promotional purposes including social media, website, and portfolio use.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed or posted, please inform the artist before your session.

7. Travel & On-Location Services

  • Travel fees may apply for on-location bookings and will be discussed at the time of booking.

  • A minimum booking amount may be required for travel outside of Port St. Lucie, FL and surrounding areas.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All images, content, branding, and logos associated with LuxaVé Beauty are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • LuxaVé Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or any adverse outcomes due to products used during the service.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the service and agree to release LuxaVé Beauty from liability.

10. Policy Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
